Realme launched the GT Neo 3 on Tuesday as the latest gaming-focused handset in China. Realme GT Neo 3 is the first smartphone to support UltraDart 150W fast charging. Relame’s latest gaming phone comes with a 120Hz refresh rate display.
Additionally, the Realme GT Neo 3 comes in three storage variants. The variants come in two battery capacities and fast charging support, such as a 4,500mAh battery with 150W fast charging and the other is a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
This could be a good device for gaming enthusiasts with its MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC and “Diamond Ice Core Cooling Plus” feature which brings a total heat dissipation area of 39,606 square mm along with a 3D tempered vapor chamber 4129 mm square (VC) cooling area for thermal management.
The handset sports a triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor.
Realme GT Neo 3 Price, Availability
The Realme GT Neo 3 price in China has been set at CNY 1,999 (around Rs 24,000) for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model and the cost of the other 8GB + 256GB variant is CNY 2,299 (about Rs. 27,500). The gaming phone is also available in a premium 12GB + 256GB model priced at CNY 2,599 (around Rs 31,200).
The 150W variant of Realme GT Neo 3, on the other hand, carries a price tag of CNY 2,599 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB model costs CNY 2,799 (around Rs 33,600). The handset will be available in three color options: Cyclonus Black, Silverstone and Le Mans (translated).
All Realme GT Neo 3 variants are expected to go on sale in the Chinese market from March 30. Realme is yet to announce the launch and availability of the Realme GT Neo 3 in other markets including India.
Realme launched the GT Neo 2 in India in October last year priced at Rs 31,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Rs 35,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256 storage model. Go.
Realme GT Neo 3 Specifications
The Realme GT Neo 3 features a 6.7-inch 2K display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1000Hz touch sampling rate. The display also supports HDR10+ and DC dimming. It runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 3.0 on top.
Under the hood, Realme GT Neo 3 has the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC, along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Talking about its camera specs, the Realme GT Neo 3 sports a triple rear camera system with an LED flash. The rectangular camera module houses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor, an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119-degree field of view, and a macro shooter. The main camera supports optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS).
The handset packs a 4,500mAh battery on Realme GT Neo 3 with 150W UltraDart charging support and a 5,000mAh battery for the variant with 80W fast charging support. According to the company , the 150W fast charging technology is said to fill 50% of the battery with just 5 minutes of charging and the 80W super fast charging is said to fully charge the device in 32 minutes.
Other features of the new smartphone include dual SIM support, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, fingerprint sensor and a USB Type-C port.
Realme GT Neo 3 also has speakers supporting Dolby Atmos, 4D gaming vibration feature supporting X-axis Linear Motor. The handset weighs 188 grams.
