The Cleveland Browns vs. Denver Broncos game is presented by Progressive.

Printed tickets are not available and screenshots of tickets will not work for stadium entry.

Remember that FirstEnergy Stadium is a cashless venue.

MOBILE TICKET OFFICE AND ENTRY TO FIRSTENERGY STADIUM

EXPRESS ACCESS TO FIRSTENERGY STADIUM

Free to all fans with a valid match ticket, and new to FirstEnergy Stadium, Express Access uses facial authentication technology for contactless, faster and more convenient entry into the stadium. After successfully registering, you won’t need to scan your mobile tickets at the door; you will simply cross the Express Access entrance line, your face will be recognized, and you will walk straight to the entrance. If you don’t sign up for Express Access, your phone is your game ticket. Access your mobile tickets through the Browns mobile app (Download here).

Once downloaded, log into your Browns account with the Account Manager link to access your mobile tickets. We encourage you to add your tickets to your mobile wallet at least 24 hours before the match.

TRANSFER OF YOUR TICKETS

You’ll want to transfer one of your tickets directly to your recipient before you get to the gate. After logging into the Browns mobile app, select the “Transfer” button and send them tickets directly.

DOOR ENTRY INFORMATION FOR SUITE, PREMIUM AND CLUB MEMBERS

DIRECTIONS, TRAFFIC AND PARKING

INPUT TRAFFIC MODELS (BEFORE THE GAME)

  • East 9th and 3rd Street road closures will be implemented between Lakeside Avenue and FirstEnergy Stadium, including exits from State Route 2 around the stadium. Rolling road closures will begin an hour and a half before kick-off
  • During this time, all Browns parking pass holders and disabled guests will only be able to get to FirstEnergy Stadium from North Marginal Road from East 55th Street (Exit 175 off I-90).

OUTPUT CIRCULATION MODELS (PRE-GAME TO POST-GAME)

  • Vehicle traffic exiting all Browns pass holder parking lots will be directed to SR-2 East access via the West 3rd Street parking lot in the harbor. Via SR-2 East, vehicles will be able to access I-90 East and West, I-77 South and I-71 South

CAR PARK

Parking will be available in nearby car parks and garages. We encourage you to reserve your parking space in advance in nearby car parks and car parks via Mobile Park.

The parking lots, managed by the City of Cleveland, located immediately around the stadium are pass-only parking lots, outside of ADA needs (space permitting). No cash parking is available at these locations, including the North Coast Harbor Lot and Dock 32.
