Terms and conditions:

1. Delegate seats are free, subject to approval by the organizers based on employment criteria
2. Registered delegates have access to seminars, if applicable. You will be given an identification badge, which must be presented on request.
3. Once you have registered and your application has been accepted, you are expected to attend. In the event of a subsequent impediment, please ensure that your cancellation notice is sent at least three weeks before the date of the event.
4. All cancellations must be received in writing. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Duly qualified replacements may be sent if you are unable to attend; however, the organizers must approve them before the event takes place.
5. If unable to attend, an alternate delegate is always welcome, subject to confirmation by the organizers and upon receipt of the change in writing.
6. AE3 Media reserves the right to modify the program, the speakers, the dates or the place at any time, without notice. If for any reason the venue or speakers change, or if the event is canceled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, disease control, industrial action, a case of force majeure or any eventuality beyond the control of AE3 Media, we will endeavor to postpone; but the customer hereby indemnifies AE3 Media and releases AE3 Media from and against all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the customer.
7. AE3 Media will not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury, accident, inconvenience, delay or irregularity that arises as a result of an act or failure committed by any person or company.
8. UK law will apply to any claim against AE3 Media and all proceedings will be the exclusive domain of the UK courts.
9. The signature of the delegate / visitor or his duly authorized representative on the registration form will signify the acceptance of the delegate / visitor of the above conditions and these will be binding on both parties to this contract.
